Accreditations and Qualifications
The Building Survey and inspection report will be carried out by W J Higham who has forty years’ experience in the building and surveying industry and has a BSc(Hons) degree in Building Surveying and has achieved the qualification CSDB Certified Surveyor of Damp in Buildings from the ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) and is qualified in the Diagnosis of building defects and dampness in buildings and is considered an expert in this field and is a Member of, and whose regulating body is, the Institute of Specialist Surveyors and Engineers.
