The company is driven by William Joseph Higham a construction professional possessing a comprehensive knowledge of Building Surveying and Construction Pathology; including the analysis, diagnosis and reporting on building defects; with a good working knowledge and understanding of technical reports relating to Chemical and Biological analysis.
Has achieved a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from John Moors University.
Has achieved the ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) qualification Certified Surveyor of Damp in Buildings with the Property Care Association.
We provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction. We inspect and evaluate existing buildings and work on site with new building projects. We can provide a wide range of survey types from Defects Reports to Full Building Surveys, including if requested Plans, Specifications and Project Management of your building works project.
We are well versed in legal reports encompassing Part 35 civil procedures rules, including Schedules of Condition and Scott Schedules, including the Expert Witness Rules which apply.
We provide Schedules of Work and Specifications for building projects ranging from a full house build to extensions to private dwellings, including; Architectural Drawings for new build and extensions to existing properties and can provide a bespoke design service custom made for your particular project.
